Order Re-activation Policy

If no action is taken on an order within 20 days of placement, no refund requests will be entertained.

A reactivation fee will apply to reactivate your publishing order based on the scope of your project.

Once the final files have been delivered, no refunds will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are processed under the following conditions:

• 1. Initial Design Stage: A full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) is applicable if requested before the initial concepts for a book cover or editing updates are delivered.
• 2. After Delivery of Initial Concepts: If a refund is requested within 48-120 hours, a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) may be processed.
• 3. After 120 Hours: Refund requests made after 120 hours of initial design delivery will not be entertained. However, we encourage clients to contact us for revisions.
• 4. Inactive Orders: Orders inactive for 30 days are not eligible for a refund. A reactivation fee will be charged if the client wishes to continue.
• 5. Final Delivery: No refunds will be processed after final files have been delivered.
• 6. Special Projects (SEO/SMM & Video Animation):
  • o SEO & SMM projects are non-refundable after 48 hours.
  • o For video animation services, no refunds are available once the storyboard is designed.

Refund requests must be submitted through the support department. The Prime Publishing reserves the right to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.

Orders placed in bad faith (e.g., engaging multiple agencies for the same project with the intent to request refunds) will not be eligible for a refund.
